Recycled Rolling Table
Hand-made from reclaimed wood, recycled aluminum, and recycled steel, this table rolls out and about near waist high.
It was sort of a Mad Max construction experiment. The leg is from an old hospital IV stand (it's solid and heeeavy), the wood is from an abandoned ranch house in West Texas. And glues? Naw. Furniture glues are often derived from petroleum or animals (animals!), so the top planks are woven together with organic hemp rope like a Sierra Club corset. If you're looking to build some furniture and want to brainstorm some green ideas, then let's. Also if you need a rolling table for some sort of sustainable situation...
It's stable and steady, but I dropped it down some stairs a couple of times so bonus: it kinda jiggles!
